I ordered some B stock items and after 10 days I called to find out there was a computer glitch and the order was not not processed because of a stock number issue. I never got an Email and assumed they were in transit. The bottom line is talk to someone there and verify your order status just to play it safe. If I never made the call I never would have gotten my stuff.
