I never got a reply on the Tent sale order I placed (no confirmation after 5 days), and they didn't charge my credit card, so I ordered again, 2 M252-8B2's.

They say yer supposed to recieve an email confirmation. I got no such.

What gives? how long does it usually take?

I concur with Sam. I have made 5 orders and never received a retun e-mail unless the item was sold out. Also I live in Ohio and depending on the item, shipping took from 4 to 14 days. I ordered some B stock items and after 10 days I called to find out there was a computer glitch and the order was not not processed because of a stock number issue. I never got an Email and assumed they were in transit. The bottom line is talk to someone there and verify your order status just to play it safe. If I never made the call I never would have gotten my stuff.
