I would prefer the JBL 2226H over the Delta 15 even if the box chosen for each woofer were tuned max flat. The reason is the JBL 2226 has a shorting ring and so it distorts less. But beyond that, a JBL 2226 is perfect in a 2.5ft3 - 5.0ft3 while this size is much too small for a Delta 15. The JBL will be nice and smooth in a 4.5ft3 box but the Delta 15 will be underdamped. So I'd go with the JBL's.
