an lpad to shelve the HF. Better to cross at 800, at least from the standpoint of available coils and DCR, using 3.0 mH (600 Hz.) like I do is almost an ohm (.94), go with 2.5 mH (near 800 Hz.) and you can get coils with 0.36 dcr. But crossing at 600 to the horns is seamless... For the Pi's, I think they use the 1.2 or 1.6 K ones, with added top end EQ components. Sounds like I got lucky with the jbl's, some of the first they shipped late in Dec. I wonder, if the boxes are UK, the wire terminals on the rear are Mexican, the woofs are leftcoastian, this is starting to appear to be a vast, global conspiracy to damage our brains from high spls.
