You can scale components L1, L2, C2, C3 and C4, and the R3/C5 damper is easy enough to calculate for. But the compensation network formed with R1, R2 and C1 is not so easy because we are setting a very precise Q value simultaneously with the bypass frequency. You'll need to find these values using Spice. This is the curve you're looking for:
