I think you'll be OK with 1.2kHz crossover point, certainly if over 2nd or 3rd order. The MD2001 is good to 1kHz, the PSD2002 a little higher. I cross mine over at 1.6kHz third-order but 1.2kHz is probably OK if the horn loads there and the slope is high enough.
