Please read the "readme.txt" file contained in the distribution archive. This will tell you the proper format for the variables used by PiAlign. There are a few things that are commonly mistaken:

1. All dimensions use Imperial units, i.e. inches, feet, etc.
2. Not all are the same unit in the PiAlign program. Ve is in cubic feet but port dimensions are in inches and sq. inches. Cabinet dimensions are also in inches. The formulas on the Pi Alignment Theory whitepaper all "expect" units to be normalized to the same units, but the program uses those that are most common for the given term.
3. Vad=Vas, Frd=Fts and Qd=1/Qts. Note that Qd is not the same as Qts.

I am certain that one of these is the reason why your results were incorrect.
