Hello,

I just purchased a pair of Diatone P-610MB for my first speaker project. I want to add a tweeter to add top end air to the Diatone. Are those Audax silk dome tweeter rated at 92db sensitivity a good match for the Diatone? Any other suggestions?

I have no knowledge on speaker design. The diatone is said to attain 18kHz -3db. Is it correct to cross over the tweeter at 18kHz? What is the recommended cross-over point?

Would experts please advise a simplist cross-over network.

I note that the recommended cabinet capacity is 48l-75l. Any recommended dimension & CAPACITY?

Thanks

A newbie in speaker building

Andy

Please send the specifications - or perhaps a web page that shows them. I am not familiar with either of these drivers, and cannot make recommendations about them. But if we have specifications we trust, then some good design choices can be made.
