Grand Master
hi wayne, i just purchased a surplus of eminence 15" woofers. look at the specs and see if they will work with any of your designs?

15" H.P SUBWOOFER
ACCORDIAN CLOTH SURROUND
3" KAPTON VOICE COIL-4 LAYER
95oz ceramic magnet

Re(ohms) 4.80 Fs(Hz) 38.52
Le(mH) 1.10 Mms(g) 92.80
Qm 8.82 Cms(mm/N) .1840
Qe .470 Rms(Ns/m) 2.5464
QT .450 Vas(L) 189.55
Xmax(mm) 4.80 Sd (cm^2) 856.34
BL(Tm) 13.59 EBP 82.00
EFF(%) 2.22 SPL(dB) 95.50

the story behind these are that they were made for klipsch but the impedance posed a problem, anyhow those on the forum who want some can have them for $80.00 a piece.

thanks, george

From the looks of the numbers, I think those woofers would work pretty well in the Theater Series six Pi cornerhorn, with the woofer hole cut to fit, of course. Depending on how well damped cone flex is through the midrange, it might work well in the Theater three Pi too.
