I am about to start building my Pi7 horns, recently received the plans recently from Wayne. I have a pair of Peavey 22XT compression drivers. I have not seen any discussion about Peavey 22XT in the forum and I am not sure if this driver would make a suitable as high frequency unit for the Pi7.

The specifications are as follows:
Throat parameter: 1"
Nonimal impedenance: 8 ohms
Sensitivity : 111dB SPL 1w/1m on a CH-2 horn
Frequency range: 500-20,000 Hz
Frequency range: +/- 2dB 500-3,200 Hz, -3dB@8,000 Hz
6dB roll off from 8,000-20,000 Hz
Diaphragm: titanium
Power capacity : 40 watts

I would appreciate any comments regarding its suitability and possible compensation network.
Regards
