The Pi Speakers web site has been changed to reflect Eminence's new 2001 product specifications. If any of you require the 2000 model specs, please let me know and I'll E-Mail them to you privately.Most of the products were not changed, and specifications reflected either no change or only a insignificant fractional change - well within tolerance. Of those that had relatively significant changes, some should be considered to be improvements but most were probably mistyped or incorrectly calibrated measurements. For example, some motors listed relatively high Xmax, but Qms was fairly low. In these cases, Xmax is shown to be a more reasonable figure while Qms changed very little.
The consequence of these changes is minimal - most designs that were optimal for a 2000 model driver are also optimal for the corresponding 2001 version. Notable exceptions are the Alpha 15 and the Omega 12. The Alpha 15 will require a different cabinet and the Omega 12 will require a different crossover.
