I don't know if it's the blade or the cheap, crap HD oak veneer plywood, but I get a lot more chipping than I thought I would.

I'm using a 10" blade with a Forrest backer disc.

I use an Amana 610800 for all veneered ply's. This is not a good blade for anything over 3/4, and I use an Amana 40 tooth combination blade for most everything else.

I like this better than the Forrest (which is an excellant blade)
The WW II is general purpose blade and wont give you perfect splinter free crosscuts like the 80 tooth Amana.

Make sure your saw is tuned up and the blade is not heeling on you.

There are a few online sites. Here is one that sells lot's of brands and lots of cutters.

It's been a while since I've been over that saw. I'm going to take some time and line it up.

Thanks.
