I highly recommend the Nakamichi VU-29 LCD display. I was very surprised to find the quality in such a small footprint. Stand mounted too, perfect for my bedroom. It doesn't quite compete with the Samsung HPN6339 in my home theater in the den, but that is in a different league. It is the biggest plasma screen in the world today. If you want a nice stand-mounted flat panel, do find yourself a Nakamichi VU-29. You won't be disappointed.

Seeeeeriously good stuff!

I'd love to have that Samsung; Can't believe you threw that in as an aside. Costs more than a nice home in most countries - It's the pinnacle of home theater!

So would you say that Samsung do the best home theater system? I have been thinking about investing in one of these myself.

No, I don't know of any high-end audio equipment from Samsung. But I do think they make great video equipment, televisions, monitors, etc.
