My home theatre would be considered a joke by most
observers. :-)

So I've tried to concentrate on minimal hardware of
all kinds tuned to the best they can be.

Near as I can tell in a one to one comparison with
my PVC Boomtoobz of about 8.5 ft length and a single
Radio Shack RS 40-1197 up against my first line array
sample build, The Toobz (tell me if this is the same spelling as
the pop band) beat the line array. But the build is not complete.

The ol' Best Buy has a 5.1 SS that keeps coming down
in price and will maybe bottom out at $79.

Today I am wondering where my post on Sonotubes went.

I'm reposting that because it has a lot of cool stuff
in it you can make on the cheap... aside from the Shiva drivers.
