I have a question, I don't know if it goes in this section but I want to know what sound proofing method should I go with when setting up my booth. I'm not sure what type of product to use. I heard Foam is good but I know that there has to be a better material.

Foam is good for medium and high frequencies, but ineffective for bass. To absorb low frequencies, you need a vibrating panel like a false wall.
