Hi ! I have a Crate Vintage 30 amp which suddenly stops to work after fifteen or twenty minutes . In the soundchain except the couplingcaps there are some electronic switches . (small parts with four legs) They are activated by the channelswitch and driven by a +/- 10VDC voltage.
Guess the problem has something to do with heat..... ? If I plug in a shorted plug in the footswitchhole I think the amp works .... at least a little longer .... an hour or so, just now I donĀ“t remember exactly.
Thanks for some advice .... Staffan
