Hello all, this post is just to make it easier if you need to repair your AVT footswitch. Mine went bad and the amp would get stuck on OD2.

If you are handy with a soldering iron, the part is easilly replaceable. I found an exact match from Mouser electronics - they are made by Alpha Switch Co. of Taiwan. Mouser part number 107-SF12011-M. This is just for the channel selector switches. The FX switches are the same part number, but end in L instead of M. They run about $6 each - a lot cheaper than a new switch.

Hope it helps someone out there!
