A couple of months ago I bought a used Marshall JCM2000 dsl50. All was fine until I realized that when I switch to the gain channel, I get a quick volume drop and it fades into full volume. The fade in only lasts about one second, but it's just enough to notice. Now and then I also get a click coming through the speakers when I'm switching with a footswitch. Has anyone owning this head or one similar ever experienced this? I have not re-tubed it (I'd like to know for sure what is up before I start spending money).

As well (this may or may not have anything to do with the above problem, but I'm just adding it as info that might jog someone's memory to a similar problem) when playing the clean channel, the red light for the gain channel doesn't completely go out. It's dim, but it's still definitely lit up.

Any help is much appreciated. Reply or drop me an email. Thanks!
