I bought a Philips 7831 stereo receiver at a yard sale Saturday for $3.It sounds real good but the right channel doesnt work.Sounds pretty good with 1 speaker though.Anybody know what could have happened or whats wrong with it?Also how many watts does this unit have and what years was it made?Thank you

I think probably the output transistors for that channel have failed. Some amps have fuses on each channel as well as on the power supply, so check that all fuses in the amp are good.
