I had a stereo about 25 years ago, that was an all in one unit. It had an upright turntable, with a door that closed really slowly. It would play both sides of an album if I remember correctly. I cannot remember the bran and model. Can anyone help?

It is probably a Sharp / Optonica Music centre although I also remember Mitsubishi made one as did Technics, but Sharp was probably the most successful (cheapest) and branded the thing Optonica.
