ya need the PS for it first of all......
(7 VDC at 6 amps!)
...and then ya hope nobody pumped more than 5 watts thru the VC..
I've got the sad results sitting on my bench...
...and nobody to fix the VC....

They're being built in Japan - complete kit to original specs - I'll try to find the link

I would like to thank both wunhuanglo and Charles Deluca for their time finding the 555 site. And all the input from everyone that's helped me along with these drivers.
Now,lets just see how wide my wallet's gonna have to open!

Thanks,and a hat tip....

Jim

I recently acquired a pair of WE 555 drivers, they appear to be in good condition. My bag is ham radio and not sound systems. also at the same location as the drivers was alot ot vacuum tubes, in excess of between 800 and a thousand, all new tubes but the mice had used the top of the boxes for bedding. So my question is what would be a fair price for the drivers, Seeing as I am into vintage ham gear some of the tubes I can use but very few of these. Any help with my dilema would be appreciated. Any ideas from anybody????
Cliff
