Does anyone have any feedback on old coral speakers ---like the BX series---I saw some on e-bay and (forgot about them and they got away) that were 3-ways and 100db rated!---now I am wondering which cabines/models to shop for ---looking for those neat looking FRD models ---but all i have seen so far are 2 or 3 ways ....very interesting! Jim

You can sometimes find the same drivers labelled as Calrads. I saw some on Ebay last night.

I have a set Coral BX-1200 speakers and they sound excellent they are rated at 100 watts max music power. I have them running on my sherwood Dynaquad. The speakers are equipped with a four stage crossover on the back with settings ranging from sharp to soft. The are a five way speaker system equipped with six speakers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also have another set of corals I believe they are older... I think they are A10 models. This set has two 10" or 12" speakers in the cabinet I can't remember which. They sound excellent I am running them on my marantz. I highly recommend Corals for that nice hi-fi sound.
