How do do you eliminate noise when it comes to your car audio? I know that if your acoustics aren't right then your audio wont' be be right either. But is there something that I could to further do to eliminate crummy, extra noise.

Ignition noise: Reduce with an electrical filter, coil in series, capacitor in parallel. Engine and road noise: Reduce with acoustic insulation in the body panels.
