What are the limits of our measurements? Some say you can hear things that are unmeasureable. Others say our measurements are way better than our ability to hear? Still others say if you can't measure something you can hear then you're measuring the wrong thing or with the wrong instruments. What are the limits of our capabilities and what types of measurements and signal types are best suited?
