Basically these are designed to operate from 100HZ on up, it's about a 5' line because there going to be set on top of B.F. tuba 36 subs and they will be bi-amped.They have 8 Dayton PA165 midbass/mids in each of them, in 645cu.in. enclosures each tuned to 86 hz with 2-2.5in ports in each chamber. For the highs theres 32-Dayton ND20 tweeters, 4 per chamber. The c-t-c tweeter spacing is good enough to get me out to about 15Khz without destroying the line. The baffle board is curved to form a progressive J-array to help eliminate sound bloom at certain frequencies, because power tapering is not an option in these arrays. The baffle angles go from 0 deg in the top chamber to a negative 7 deg by the time it reaches the bottom of the array. I used EV array show to determine these angles.
The mids are going to be able to handle 600w rms, where as I'm going to limit the tweeter power to 275w rms, because the tweeters are being ran a little lower than what recommended x-over is. The x-over I use is a Behringer DCX2496 DSP and the tweeters are going to be crossed over between 2k-2.3k max. with very very steep slopes, and reduced power handling because of this. But it dosen't affect the tweeter SPL level that much, because theres so many of them.
