Hi ... What are the general results (good and bad) of putting 16 - 4" TB fullrange speakers (Fs 70hz) in a large ported box line array configuration? UniBox shows down -3dB at 100hz. No highpass crossover. TB's to run fullrange. Woofer brought in to blend. I know this is simplified, but friend wants to do exactly that and I am going nuts over the prospect, but thought I'd best run this by you guys before I sound off. Sealed and OB should be much better, but he is determined. Thanks Guys. Zene

Hi Zene, The std answer is that the highs will become confusing. The highs will have high and low volume spots (peaks and nulls) due to the spaceing and the distance to the listeners ear. You could focus the array and have a single sweet spot. Try it, but leave a spot in the cab for at least one tweeter. -Linc
