Hi

If I read your posts correctly, do you still share the Linus plans? I understand the drivers aren't available anymore but I am sure I can find suitable replacements.

Would you be kind enough to send to mercier99@sbcglobal.net

Your paper is well written!!

Thanks for all your sharing,
chris

Chris,

The midbass drivers (Vifa TC14WG49-08 or TC14SG49-08) for the Linus II may still be available but are no longer currently produced. But they are shown in the Madisound on-line catalog. The tweeter is the Silver Flute YAG20 which is also available from Madisound.

I can not recommend any alternative drivers other than these.

I'll send you the plans later today.

Jim

Chris,

Having co-designed the Linus2 with Jim I think you can now get better performance with implementing a different woofer. This will of course change the crossover and cabinet design but I would be willing to do a new design at no charge. This offer always applies to anyone else that's interested. Feel free to email me if you would like further information.

Rick,

That will be a great deal for those who want a reasonably priced Linus array.
