I found that the little wooden jig I used is gone, so I have make another one, and the garage work room was pretty cold with the temperature outside at a balmy 22F. So i didn't get the pictures.
Have not forgotten and as soon as things warm up just a smidgen and my wife is available to take some photos, I'll make up the PDF document showing how to cut the flanges on the neos.
