I was wondering if you can share to me how you cut the flanges of your neo tweets? Do you have some pictures of them?

TIA

Mickey,

I emailed you that I'll take some photos tomorrow and make up a word or a PDF document showing exactly what I did. To do it right you need a scroll saw. It could be a hand saw but it would take forever. I tried my band saw, and my radial arm saw; the first just didn't cut tight enough and the radial destroyed the little tweeter, ripping it apart. The scroll saw did the best job.

Marlboro,
Thanks for your generosity. This would really help cut back on the pain I would have to go through to cut those flanges. It would probably encourage other DIYers to go the line array with dayton neo route when they see how you do it.

TIA

I found that the little wooden jig I used is gone, so I have make another one, and the garage work room was pretty cold with the temperature outside at a balmy 22F. So i didn't get the pictures.

Have not forgotten and as soon as things warm up just a smidgen and my wife is available to take some photos, I'll make up the PDF document showing how to cut the flanges on the neos.
