What are the most important T/S characterisitics in an array speaker? [message #23152]

Since array designs tend to smooth Frequency response, and reduce distortion, it would appear that these are not the most significant characteristics when looking for DIY speakers to put into them.

What are the most important ones?

Perhaps sensitivity? High x-max? High Q's for a sealed box? transient response?
