I am going to build a pair of arrays using 16 of the NSB drivers per side and I am undecided on the tweeter section. Should I go with a single Dayton PT2B-8 planar tweeter or would say 8 of the little Dayton ND20TB-4 soft domes be better? Would 16 of the ApexJr $1 tweets be better?
It's not hard to be off axis on those PT2's. It's a choice. Where will you be? Seated or standing? For me it was somewhat unpredictable as sometimes I sit and hen sometimes I stand. In any case, the PT2 is down 3dB at 30 degrees at 10k and down 8dB at 15k.
