I don't believe that'd work very well. For one thing, your tweets wouldn't be close enough together, causing some comb filtering effects. Depending on where the crossovers are set, you might also have that problem with the mids. I would think you'd be better off buying speakers designed for home use and creating an array with them rather than trying to shoehorn car speakers into a usage they weren't designed for.
