Depends on your application, your questions to vague.
I've only heard the V-dsosc rig which is a very clean Hi-fi sounding rig powered by Crown Mac 5000's.

But here's one of the things to think about if you own the amp racks already:
V-dosc passive powered boxes-maybe ok
Adamson passive powered boxes-maybe ok
Meyer's are self-powered boxes so you would have to run power along with the signal cables when you fly the rig.

So your comparing apples to oranges basiclly.

It's best to get a hold of your reps and have them bring in a demo rig and listen to see which one you like better, or go to your nearest sound provider that has one of the rigs you mention and have a listen. That's what I'd do before laying out that much cash.
