If you put any series capacitance in the circuit, i.e. high-pass, then you might want a Zobel. If you use inductance and capacitance, you'll almost definitely want a Zobel. But if you run the driver wide open with no crossover or just a bit of series inductance, you probably won't need a Zobel.
