How critical is it that a tube amp be located away from speaker vibrations? I'm considering a configuation that would cause my M500 tube amps to be next to my speakers. Should I be concerned? Thanks for you input. Thanks, Pete

Some tubes are more microphonic than others. With power on and the speakers connected to the amp, tap on the tubes and see if they make a ringing sound in the speakers. That will help you decide how much affect you'll have from sound produced by your speakers.

I jhave noticed differences in my tube amps, after putting them on gel eet, and moving them awy from vibration prone areas.
The bigger the tubes, the more the vibration I'd say (simplistically)
