I have reworded the message, as I did not mean to be hostile. However I did want to point out what I think is ludicrous. Maybe I worded it too strongly. Let the data speak for itself.

I don't see people using tuba subs for hifi. They only play the notes D & E. If you have a fullrange speaker with no crossover, why would you use a sub that needs extensive EQ? It just doesn't make good sense.
