Can anyone help me with interpretation of the All Fun Horn plans?

I'm not sure about the area near the back, top where the two dividers and the single divider meet.

Let's call that the "second turn".

The side photo (an inside view) and the plans don't seem to match.

Also, does anyone have "Figure 8". I can't ever get this to load.
