Trying to find good words to describe sound. On a site there was a guy talking about his old Fisher 500c that broke. He brought in some new SS stuff; his wife, who rarely has anything to say about his hobby complained about the new stuff; she said " It doesn't have that, Rounded Real Sound, like the Fisher."
Out of the mouth of babes; so to speak.

A gracious response as always!
It's a thorn in my side that women are not more visible in our hobby; they are certainly well represented in the music world and when they offer a comment it is usually very astute.
