HI Everyone,
I was intrigued by the Fostex200A, which seems to be a high quality Alnico 8" driver sold by Madisound for $373 a driver. Seems like it will give awesome response, but has anyone ever heard it?
thanx

Contact Tom Z. (he builds/sells Z-horns) at mailto:tomzur@vajraguru.com

He has heard them in 8 cu. ft. cabinets (don't know the design) and loved them. Beware that they "beam" above 4,000 Hz.

IMO this may be the only driver to legitimately claim to be full range (most are extended range).

Thanx JLM! I was just curious, since I know fostex makes good drivers, and I thought their pricier alnico drivers MUST be good...
I read some other reviews on them after my post, and they all seemed positive.
thanx
