I'm working on a backloaded horn with Fostex 208EΣ. Some say the horn raises efficiency at bass frequencies only but others say it raises efficiency across the board. I was under the impression it would load the bass which would take some pressure off the driver in the mids. I don't know if that makes it more efficient though.
