I have a pair for sale and the perspective buyer asked me to do an ohm reading of the H/L of each coaxial.

I came up with: all in ohms of course.

speaker 1: H 9.2 L 11.6
speaker 2: H 9.5 L 5.6

is the different woofer impedances something to worry about?

I wouldn't expect this much variance. Looks like the voice coils are different.

I think Great Plains Audio does. You could probably also find a local repair shop that would do the reconing for you, and then just order the recone kit from GPA.
