Have run my A7s on welbourne st-70 triode and pentode wired, Mcintosh 225, and my current P-P 6550/kt88 (60-70 watts) and they sound better to me as the amp gets more powerful. I tend to prefer P-P to single ended, but this is just my preference. Whatever, Russellc
