What frequency range and coverage pattern do you need? Will they be for home use I assume?

If you need horns in the $100.00 range, there are tons of good plastic horns so it becomes a matter of dispersion pattern and intended use.

If you're considering TAD horns, you might check with Bill Martinelli at www.WoodHorn.com. He's a sponsor of AudioRoundTable.com. Martinelli makes fine wood horns and I like them a lot. They aren't cheap though.
