Glued up the second cabinet last weekend and now I have a pair! The weather was poor on Sunday so I spent the day stapling damping material into the cabinets. I layer of spongy sub-floor material all around and egg-crate foam "live-side/dead-side". I should have know when I was doing the bracing that it'll make installing damping material a royal pain.
This is the first project where I had a chance to carefully listen to the speakers with and without damping material. Honestly, I'm not sure if I hear any difference at all between foam and no foam.
Next weekend, I'm looking forward to closing up the front baffle.
