Hello all, I read about a guy using a coil and a cap instead of porting to increase bass like BR does...

My question is, what do you think are the benefits of this, if any? If it is a good idea, why aren't any speaker companies doing it?

It kinda makes sense, kinda not...

Your thoughts?
