Most repair shops can replace that sort of thing. It's usually just a cord with a tension spring. The hardest part is winding it through the dial and pulleys.
Do you have any idea what this tuner is worth or where I can look to find it's value? I think I am going to sell it as the two estimates I recevied so far start with around $400 and probably closer to $800 which includes changing capacitors and transistors.
