Hi all,

Question: If you had your choice between a pair of speakers with enough low bass extension they didn't need subs or a pair of satelites that did plus subs to match, which would you choose? All other things being equal, of course.

All opinions welcome.

Satelites with subs, you have more control between the subs and the high end, that and being actively crossed over there's no insertion losses do to passive componets in the x-over.
