I bought these old pa cabinets off ebay they are 15's with horns made by Woodson cousin co. of kustom the horns are metal and these things bark! my question is, how can I tell how much power they will take, so I don't overload them. I am using a 300 watt per. side amp now and want to upgrade. Thanks Rob

It isn't immediately obvious how much power a speaker will take. You can run the power up and measure when it starts to enter compression, that will give you some idea. You will need to have some test equipment to do this though.
