I am putting together a system to play old 33 1/3 and would like to know if I should buy old vintage like Polk 10 or can you get a rich full sound on the new speakers. Any suggestion for a low budget? thanks, Buzz

You specifically mentioned budget so vintage is the way to go in your case I believe. You can get higher end vintage speakers for a lot less money than equal quality made today.

Thanks for the advice. In my search I found a pair of Polk SDA 2b's. I hope I made a good choice. I also bought a Pioneer SX750 and a CP1033a turntable. Now I'm looking for a reel to reel. Thanks for the response, Buzz
