I have had 2 non-upsampling DAC's mentioned to me as ones they would reccommend and this again has been a very interesting area of "study" ----and as always there are dozens of them to look at---wanted to find a way to improve my CDP without investing another 203K large on a player---Jim

I think you'll hear a variety of DAC's at the Great Plains Audiofest. So be sure to be at the Embassy Suites April 29, 30 and May 1.

Dozens?! I must have gone to sleep at the switch. There's Audio Note, 47Labs, Nixon, Welborne Labs, uhhh, who else?

In the Audio Note corral, the DAC1.1x Mk II is $1,500. There is also a DAC Kit 1.1x at $729. The other folks will have to speak for themselves.
